We currently ship only within Pakistan. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Currently, we do not offer a choice of shipping methods; your order will be shipped via one of the above carriers.
3. Shipping Costs:
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for first-time customers shopping directly through our website.
- For all other orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout
4. Processing & Delivery Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- After processing, deliveries generally take 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within Pakistan.
5. Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, we will provide tracking details via SMS so you can easily track your package until it arrives.
6. Shipping Delays:
Please note that shipping may be delayed during holidays or due to weather events when our courier services are closed or operating with limited capacity. We will notify you promptly of any such delays.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will take full responsibility. We will confirm with our courier service and issue a full refund or provide a replacement, depending on the situation.
8. Return Shipping:
If you need to return an item, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method. You will pay the total order amount directly to the delivery person when your order arrives at your doorstep.
